🔹 Our designers begin working on your order immediately after it is placed. Changes or cancellations are only possible within the first hour. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications as the order may already be in production.
🔹 Chain length includes the charm. For example, if you order a 16" chain, the total length will be CHAIN + CHARM = 16" (40cm).
🔹 All pieces include a 1" extension chain for the perfect fit.
